Prepping since early morning, James Beard nominee chefs Jacob Sessoms, Matthew Dawes and their guest Jonathan Lundy of Lexington Kentucky prepare for a night of cuisine decadence spread throughout five courses for the few that were able to gain a reservation. Officially closed to the public, Table Asheville ushered the very best in contemporary Americana cuisine.
